3D Printing & Modeling

Custom parts, designed and printed to fit. Tell me what you need and I'll model it in 3D and print it on my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon. If you have your own printer, you can get the print-ready files instead.

  • PLA & PETG
  • STL & 3MF files

What I can make for you

If you can describe it, I can model it

Custom 3D models

Designed from your sketch, photo or measurements, and ready to print.

Electronics cases

Cases for Raspberry Pi, Arduino and custom boards, with a cut-out for every port.

Replacement parts

A broken clip, knob, bracket or cover? I can model and print a new one.

Prototypes

Try out an idea in plastic before you make it for real, and change it quickly.

Gifts and custom items

Name tags, keychains, stands and holders, made just for you or someone else.

Print-ready files

STL or 3MF files set up for your printer, if you'd rather print it yourself.

The Raspberry Pi case, closed, with the boards showing through

Electronics case

Raspberry Pi 4 + 4G Case

A two-part case for a Raspberry Pi 4 with a 4G board stacked on top. Every port has its own opening, the lid and base have vents, and three holes let the antenna cables out. A fit check on the computer makes sure the case doesn't touch the boards anywhere.

  • Snap-together base and lid
  • Openings for every port and antenna
  • Fit checked on the computer before printing

The Drink Capsule, a can holder with a battery tower and control panel

Product designElectronics

Drink Capsule

A battery-powered drink holder that keeps a can hot or cold. I designed the body, the lid, the battery tower and all the small parts to fit around the electronics, then put every part on one print plate. It comes with a product-style instruction manual.

  • Every part designed to fit around the electronics
  • All the parts print together on one plate
  • A product-style PDF manual

Questions

Good to know

What do you need from me?

A sketch, a photo or a few measurements is plenty to start. For a replacement part, clear photos of the broken piece next to a ruler help a lot.

How big can you print?

Up to about 25 × 25 × 25 cm in one piece. Bigger things can be split into parts that fit together.

Which material should I pick?

PLA is great for most things that stay indoors. PETG is tougher and handles heat and sunlight better, so it's good for outdoor and car parts. Not sure? I'll recommend one.

Can I just get the 3D file?

Yes. I can send STL or 3MF files that are ready for your own printer.

How do I get my print?

We'll sort out pickup or shipping when I send your quote.

Need a part made?

Send a sketch, a photo or a few measurements and I'll send you a free quote.
